Role Overview

Join a premier talent firm to work with innovative companies, focusing on placing product managers, software, and hardware talent. This role is for an Applied AI Engineer to work on autonomous computer-usage agents designed to automate enterprise finance operations.

What You Will Do

Design and improve AI systems, build adaptive agent architectures, develop fine-tuning pipelines, and optimize inference latency. Work on unstructured document understanding systems, translate frontier AI research into production systems, and improve tool-use reasoning and agent reliability.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 1-4 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering, strong production Python experience, and experience building and shipping AI systems. Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, strong product intuition, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering
• Strong production Python experience
• Experience building and shipping AI systems beyond research prototypes
• Applied ML experience in production environments
• Experience building AI agents, RL systems, or adaptive automation systems
• Strong experimentation mindset
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end
• Strong product intuition
• Excellent communication and concise thinking
