Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Overview

Lead on-site deployments of the AI-powered knowledge platform at customer facilities, including factories and control rooms. Integrate the platform with clients' existing systems, data sources, and operational procedures. Configure and customize the knowledge ecosystem to align with each customer's workflows and safety standards.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot technical issues in complex industrial settings and drive rapid resolution. Optimize the orchestration platform based on real-world usage and customer feedback. Partner with internal teams to relay field insights and influence product development.

2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering roles. Proven ability to manage end-to-end technical implementations in complex environments. Experience integrating software platforms with existing enterprise or operational systems.
