
Job description
Join a high-growth B2B AI startup as a founding GTM hire, owning the entire customer experience for early users while directly influencing product direction and company strategy. The company has experienced exceptional early traction, scaling from $0 to $1M ARR in just 8 weeks.
Own onboarding and activation for ~200+ customers, help customers build their first outbound workflows, run weekly or biweekly customer check-ins, and act as a trusted outbound sales advisor and GTM expert.
Ideal candidate has 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer success, or GTM roles, with a proven ability to communicate with and influence B2B customers. Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing environments and strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/AE workflows.
