Job description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI-driven solutions for customer support. Design and implement scalable systems utilizing OpenAI technologies to enhance user experience.
Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring successful integration of AI solutions. Develop documentation and best practices for AI deployment and maintenance. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.
1-10 years of experience in engineering or technical support roles, preferably in AI or software development. Proficiency in OpenAI technologies and frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
