Job description
As a founding team member, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the product and engineering culture from the ground up. You will take end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through production deployment.
Serve as a founding product engineer, taking end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through production deployment. Architect and build core components of the AI underwriting platform, including data pipelines, model integrations, and user-facing product surfaces.
Ideal candidate has 5–10 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact products in fast-paced environments. Strong proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, and Next.js, with hands-on experience shipping features in these technologies daily.
