Job description
Lead Software Engineer - Backend will design and implement scalable backend systems using TypeScript, NodeJS, and Python to support enterprise-level applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high-quality code through best practices in software development.
Design and implement scalable backend systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize existing backend processes, mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and analyze system performance metrics.
Ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in backend engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
