Job description
Recruiting from Scratch is a specialized talent firm dedicated to helping companies build exceptional teams. This global fintech company is building the infrastructure layer for the “internet of money,” enabling businesses and developers to move value seamlessly across both traditional financial systems and blockchain networks.
Design, build, and own scalable backend services and microservices that power financial transactions, develop secure, reliable APIs for transferring value across blockchain protocols and traditional banking systems, and build infrastructure supporting payments, wallets, tokenization, and financial workflows.
Ideal background includes 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong backend development experience in Java or similar object-oriented languages, experience designing and building scalable, production-grade systems, and background working with payment systems.
