Job description
As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor Voice AI solutions that meet their requirements. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle. You will also analyze client feedback and usage metrics to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience.
Implement and deploy Voice AI Agents efficiently, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the deployment process to maintain client satisfaction.
Ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience in a technical sales or solutions engineering role, proficiency in Python and Go, and experience in deploying and integrating technology solutions in a client-facing environment.
