
Job description
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of recruiting firms and agency partners, driving revenue growth and operational performance on the platform.
Manage expansion, retention, and revenue growth across your book of business, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions to improve outcomes. Collaborate with Product, Operations, and GTM teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.
Ideal candidate has 2-8 years of experience in account management, business operations, customer growth, partnerships, or related customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
