Registered Nurse - Senior Living

Savoy Life is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various settings, including individual homes, assisted living, and senior living communities. The RN will work with residents, primary care providers, and community groups to identify care gaps and implement chronic condition care plans to improve resident outcomes.

Requirements

• Active compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or Idaho
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license
• Strong background in geriatric/senior care, with a focus on care assessments and care coordination
• Experience in care planning for chronic conditions, including collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent documentation and electronic medical record-keeping skills
• Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, solve problems, and adapt to new processes as the role and organization evolve
