Junior Marine Technician

We are seeking recent graduates and early-career candidates to join our team as Junior Marine Technicians, supporting day-to-day fleet operations in the Florida Keys and traveling regularly to assist across our Caribbean markets.

Requirements

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing marine engines
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical systems
• Coordinate parts procurement
• Support haul-out coordination and work with boatyard partners as needed
• Document all service work in maintenance logs
• Communicate proactively with on-site operations managers and coordinate with shore-based fleet management
• Maintain a safe, organized mobile work environment; comply with all OSHA and marine safety standards
