Job Description
The Red Mile team is seeking motivated individuals to perform maintenance on facility and grounds in both indoor and outdoor settings. This role involves completing preventive maintenance, plumbing, painting, building repair, and equipment repair, with responsibility for mechanical repair, fixture alteration, and property improvement. Must be able to operate machinery and perform various tasks such as roofing. Possibility of weekend work is mentioned.
Requirements
- One (1) year previous maintenance experience
- Previous plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience a plus
- Ability to operate Equipment
- Ability to repair Machinery and Grounds Equipment
- Hand tool knowledge
