Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of digital customer journeys and agentic systems that improve customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency across the home services ecosystem.
Requirements
- Drive initiatives and ensure alignment with product leadership, partner objectives, and customer needs
- Identify high-value use cases for AI-powered applications, develop business cases, and assess feasibility, impact, and ROI
- Translate high-level objectives into product roadmaps and technical deliverables, guiding design, engineering, and data science teams through execution
- Drive business value through hands-on KPI definition, data analysis, experimentation, and optimization
- Manage and develop 1+ product manager(s) and help them take ownership of workstreams, build product sense, and apply technical skills to drive business outcomes
