The Operations Analyst 1 - Tech is responsible for supporting laptops, desktops, Mac or Windows machines and productivity software for associates and vendors located on the West Coast.

Requirements

• Ability to image Macs and Windows PC
• Setup Mac or Windows PC laptops for new hires
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software and hardware
• Proactively respond to requests, inquiries, and status as they arise
• Diagnose hardware issues and need be to send for repairs (RMA)
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all requests
• Manage user and computer accounts using Active Directory
• Identifies technical issues and opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs
• Additional job responsibilities assigned by manager
