Join a client-team with senior Redstone consultants, participate in team meetings, do real client work, and gain exposure to clients and senior leaders. Develop critical thinking, communication, process, and relationship-building skills through mentoring and apprenticeship.
Form hypotheses, perform analysis, lead brainstorming sessions, plan and conduct expert interviews, and craft insights and recommendations.
Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, experience with intensive quantitative analysis, and a strong interest in social impact issues.
