Substitute Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Redwood City School District is seeking a Substitute Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct clinical care to students, document health information, and assist with emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with medically fragile children and a current California Vocational Nurse License.

Requirements

• Performs work under the direction of a school nurse
• Administers medication to students
• Provides support to school staff concerning health needs of individual students
• Performs treatment to students as a result of illness, injury, or medical problems
