Job Description
Redwood Credit Union is seeking an External Mortgage Loan Officer to market and originate Redwood Credit Union (RCU) first and second lien loan products. The role involves deep member profiles, cross-loan referrals, and adherence to RCU standards of service. Responsible for growing existing client relationships and identifying new referral opportunities.
Requirements
- Verifiable recent loan production in conventional/conforming products.
- Thorough knowledge of conventional conforming mortgage principles and rules.
- Thorough current knowledge of internet-based loan origination systems (LOS) and Fannie Mae DU risk engines.
- At least 12 months current experience with selling Fannie Mae Loan Products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex scenarios.
- Skilled in office equipment and internet access.
- Valid California driver’s license.
