Job Description
Redwood Credit Union is looking for an External Mortgage Loan Officer to market and originate loan products from external sources, contributing to the organization's residential loan growth.
Requirements
- Provide exceptional member service
- Independently source and develop new referral relationships
- Actively grow previously self-generated external referral relationships
- Effectively market first and second lien residential loan products
- Determine and ethically consult on loan options
- Take applications using web-based loan origination system
- Communicate with members from origination through funding
- Accurately interpret Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter findings
- Discuss loan options and programs with members
