Job Description
Direct Support Professional plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their health, safety, and overall well-being, and serving as a dedicated advocate, supporting and empowering clients to live with dignity and independence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving (Preferred experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors)
- 21 years of age
- California Driver’s License
