Job Description
Direct Support Professional supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to have quality of life by promoting health, safety, and well-being. Job involves preparing daily routines, assisting with personal care, and supporting socialization among peers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving (preferably with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors)
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
- First Aid / CPR
