
Job description
We are seeking a Senior Test Centre Associate to lead and supervise a team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the efficient delivery of tests to participants. The role involves invigilation of exams, management of the Test Centre, and adherence to guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities include checking candidates' ID documents, supervising and invigilating tests, delivering site opening and closing procedures, coaching and supporting Test Centre Associates, and handling and reporting incidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading or supervising a team, providing high-quality customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. They will be flexible in working hours and days, including evenings and weekends.
