
Job description
We're looking for a Talent Management Lead to own how we evaluate, develop, and advance our people. You'll design and run performance cycles, build the frameworks managers use to make calibration and promotion decisions, and create the career architecture that helps our team grow.
Own the design, implementation, and operation of the company's performance management programs and review cycles. Develop and evolve performance frameworks, rating methodologies, and evaluation processes.
7–10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, or a related People function. Experience designing and operating company-wide performance management programs.
