Application Engineer, Data Center Cooling Systems

The Application Engineer, Data Center Cooling Systems position at Regal Rexnord is responsible for increasing orders and sales of Power Efficiency Solutions to Data Centers. The successful candidate will identify customers' pain points, develop value propositions, and nurture relationships with stakeholders in the Data Center ecosystem.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of commercial or technical experience in HVAC air flow and cooling applications in the data center space
• Strong presentation communication skills
• Strong/passionate customer focus
• Sales experience focusing on OEMs, consultants, and end-users
• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Strong computer skills – experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint Outlook & Teams), CRM software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
