Application Engineer I

Application Engineer I is responsible for building engineer-to-engineer relationships with customers and providing technical support and product solutions for Regal Rexnord's NA Motor Solutions business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering/mechanical engineering technology, electronics or equivalent experience and education
• Fluency in English
• Organizational skills, results and performance oriented
• Relationship and team building skills with high level of integrity and energy
• Technical knowledge, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Quick learner, self-directed, team player
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM, SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to be an active listener amongst global and cross functional teams
• Flexibility with work hours to maintain a minimal backlog of projects or new customer opportunities
• Able to travel with U.S.A., Mexico, and Canada without restrictions
