FP&A Analyst Senior

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Power Efficiency Solutions (PES) FP&A team, assisting with financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• 10 years FP&A experience
• High level of proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with BI, OneStream, or other consolidation and reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Ability to perform in a dynamic cross-functional team environment
• Strong organization skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
• Relevant experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process
