The Maintenance Technician will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, install and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. The position requires a strong knowledge of machine tools, controls, and maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of machine tools and equipment
- Strong knowledge of machine tools, controls, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work with electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings
- Electrician License (required or preferred)
- Ability to work with a variety of measuring instruments
- Ability to lift, move, manipulate up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work at heights
- Passing of PIE requirements to operate equipment
