Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. This role works closely with production, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to analyze current processes, implement improvements, and support new product introductions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related discipline)
- Typically 3–6 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with manufacturing process improvement and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with production equipment and manufacturing systems
