Job Description
The RF SME will aid in the testing of Regals contracted RF programs, provide technical expertise, and support RF-related projects. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining RF test stations, testing new RF designs, and troubleshooting technical issues related to RF designs.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of RF systems, including design, configuration, and integration
- Experience with RF test: Gain, flatness, IP3, noise figure, VSWR
- Familiar with RF measuring equipment
- Experience with RF test software and troubleshooting processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate and software programming skills a plus
