Legal Counsel, Litigation

Regent is seeking a Legal Counsel, Litigation to join its legal team. The role will focus on managing active disputes, coordinating with outside counsel, and assisting with litigation strategy and risk assessment.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California or New York State Bar
• 2–5 years of litigation experience at a law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Strong foundation in managing complex litigation and disputes across multiple jurisdictions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Business-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
