Real Estate Portfolio Director and Legal Counsel

Regent is a global private holding company seeking an attorney to manage their large real estate portfolio and serve as legal counsel for real estate matters.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar (or any state bar)
• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Prior experience working in a well-established national real estate investment firm and/or a national real estate law practice (preferred)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional adherence to ethical standards
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong business and financial acumen
