Regent is a global private holding company seeking an attorney to manage their large real estate portfolio and serve as legal counsel for real estate matters.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar (or any state bar)
- 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Prior experience working in a well-established national real estate investment firm and/or a national real estate law practice (preferred)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional adherence to ethical standards
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong business and financial acumen
