Capture Manager - Federal Civilian Portfolio

We are seeking a Capture Manager to drive the company's growth within federal IT contracting, with a strong focus on Department of Commerce, USDA, GSA, and other federal customers.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of federal business development and capture management experience
• Proven track record in developing capture strategies, shaping opportunities, and leading proposal support for multi-million-dollar contracts
• Strong ability to engage and influence government customers and build trusted relationships
• Experience working with proposal, technical, and delivery teams to drive opportunity success
• Understanding of FAR, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
