Capture Manager - HHS Portfolio: Responsible for leading opportunity pursuits through the full capture lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification to proposal development and award. Manage and pursue opportunities ranging from $10M–$25M+, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build competitive strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and support successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of federal business development and capture management experience
• Proven track record in developing capture strategies, shaping opportunities, and leading proposal support for multi-million-dollar contracts
• Strong ability to engage and influence government customers and build trusted relationships
• Experience working with proposal, technical, and delivery teams to drive opportunity success
• Understanding of FAR, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to brief leadership and contribute to proposal content
