We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own and elevate our recruiting operations while supporting core People Ops administrative and operational work.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent roles, or People Ops with a strong emphasis on recruiting
- Hands-on experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (Lever strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and guide them through structured, effective hiring processes
- Strong organizational and operational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously
- Clear, professional communicator with a candidate- and team-first mindset
- Comfort owning recruiting operations end-to-end while also supporting People Ops administrative work
- Experience supporting People Ops tools and systems; experience with Deel or similar global People platforms is a plus
- Experience using AI tools or automation in recruiting workflows (e.g., sourcing, screening, interview preparation, or ATS optimization) to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Proactive, process-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
