Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery through servant leadership, process excellence, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams remain aligned with organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, guide teams in Agile principles, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, partner with Product Owners, monitor Agile metrics, provide regular status updates, foster a culture of accountability, identify and escalate risks, support organizational Agile maturity, and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience leading Agile delivery teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Demonstrated success facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative delivery frameworks
• Experience tracking and reporting Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, sprint forecasting, and capacity planning
• Proven ability to coach and mentor team members while fostering a high-performing team culture
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities
• Ability to identify risks, remove impediments, and drive alignment across stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
