Relevance Digital is a multi-awarded, fast-growing, technology-first Growth Agency looking for a Senior Social Media Ads Specialist to develop and deliver a winning social media paid strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, a university degree in Finance, Marketing or a relevant field, and strong copywriting skills.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• University degree in Finance, Marketing or relevant field
• Successfully devised and developed paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Experience in e-commerce and paid social strategies optimized for ROI
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to provide brand-led strategic messaging
• Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data for insights through Facebook Analytics and other Third Party Apps (Google Analytics)
• Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working
• Ability to self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines
• Meta Media Buying Certification is a plus
