Junior Customer Support Agent - German Speaking

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to support our customers by handling queries and working with other teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Graduation of high school or post-secondary school
• Work experience preferably at least one year
• Fluency in German both written and spoken
• Ability to work on shift basis, rotating around 7 days per week.
