We are looking for an Engagement Manager to work with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution. The role involves proactive analysis of accounts, optimising risk assessment, and providing thought leadership to customers. The successful candidate will have a proactive and analytical approach to problem solving, good consulting mindset, and an interest in bringing value to our customers.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Interest in working together with varied areas within the company and customers.
- Show ability and desire to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrate good research skills and Interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal
- Have highly proactive nature and be well organised and able to prioritise time
