We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support our property management team across multiple portfolios. The ideal candidate has prior maintenance coordination and troubleshooting experience, can handle a high volume of requests, and communicates professionally with vendors, tenants, and owners.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role in property management or real estate.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (client/vendor/tenant facing).
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
