We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our team at Remote. As a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, you will drive performance, build high-performing teams, and own talent strategy execution within client groups. You will be responsible for resolving complex employee relations cases, leading talent strategy execution, and leveraging AI tools to inform strategy and drive proactive interventions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity, supporting a global organisation at scale
- Deep expertise in employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional situations with confidence and sound judgment
- Proven ability to drive talent strategy — including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Strong commercial acumen — you understand the business, not just the people function
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Fluent written and spoken English
