We are looking for a Tax Manager - Direct Taxes to manage complex direct tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure compliance while driving global tax efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international direct taxation, preferably in a consultancy or multinational corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of global corporate tax rules, cross-border compliance, tax treaties, and EU Directives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder communication skills across regions and functions.
- Startup or fintech experience is a plus.
- Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Post-Graduate or Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
