Finance Trainee

Role Overview

The Finance Trainee role is within the Global FP&A and Regulatory Reporting team, with a focus primarily on Regulatory Reporting for European entities of RenaissanceRe. The role involves supporting financial accounting, internal controls, budgeting, planning and forecasting, and financial reporting within Regulatory Reporting. The Finance Trainee has close interaction across multiple areas of the business and works with the wider Global Finance Team to add value across relevant teams.

What You Will Do

Assist in the preparation of accurate financial reporting, complete aspects of the monthly and/or quarterly close, work with relevant partners to ensure accuracy of transactions and financial disclosure, support the continued enhancement and ongoing development of multiple financial systems, and perform other tasks as necessary to support day to day functioning of the department.
