Field Operations Executive - Roorkee & Saharanpur job description: Rentokil PCI is looking for a Field Operations Executive to oversee daily service operations, ensure quality of service delivery, and plan and execute performance assessments for technicians. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 18 customer visits per week, proficient in computer applications, and familiar with internal company systems.

Requirements

• Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture).
• Prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable.
• Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)
• Familiar with various internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U+ etc
