Field Operations Executive - Shamshabad

Rentokil PCI is seeking a Field Operations Executive to manage daily service operations with a team of technicians. The role involves ensuring quality of service delivery, planning and executing TPAs, coaching and training technicians, and handling customer complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture)
• Prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable
• Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)
• Well-versed with various internal company systems
