Senior IT Manager

RentSpree is a fast-growing startup that simplifies the rental journey for agents, landlords, and renters. The company is looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead its global IT operations and support a remote and hybrid team across multiple time zones. The role will involve owning and scaling global IT support, managing endpoint management, identity and access management, and automation and SaaS administration.

Requirements

• Strong experience with MDM (Kandji or similar), Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, and SOC2 Type 2 Compliance.
• Solid background in MacOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with IT automation, zero-touch deployment, SaaS administration, and SOC 2 compliance.
• Proven experience leading IT operations in a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience managing global, remote teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
