Reproductive Freedom for All seeks a Senior Vice President of Campaigns and Advocacy to lead national and state advocacy strategy, drive memorable and multi-faceted advocacy and electoral campaigns, and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12–15 years of progressively senior experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, grassroots organizing, or electoral strategy
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-faceted advocacy or electoral campaigns at the state and/or national level
- At least 8–10 years of experience managing people and leading large, cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the political, legislative, and electoral landscape as it relates to reproductive rights, health care, or adjacent progressive causes
