Procurement & Tendering Engineer, Biovoima

Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement and Tendering Engineer to support our growing project business in Poland. The role involves preparing competitive bids and supporting the sales process from the beginning. You will work closely with the sales team, engineering and design team, and internal tendering team.

What You Will Do

Prepare cost estimates and tender calculations for industrial projects, support sales during customer cases, analyze tender requirements, contracts, and technical specifications, and produce high-quality documentation and tender materials.

Requirements

• Experience in estimation, tendering, or project cost calculation
• Understanding of industrial processes and technical systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and project requirements
• Knowledge of Excel-based calculation tools
• Strong proficiency in English and Polish
