Radio Frequency Integration Engineer II (EWS106)

We are seeking a Radio Frequency Integration Engineer II to join our EW/SIGINT team at Research Innovations, Inc. (RII). You will be responsible for leading the physical and electrical integration of RF components, performing mechanical and electrical assembly, testing and validation, and field operations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with RF systems, test equipment proficiency, and technical knowledge of RF fundamentals.

Requirements

• RF Hardware Experience: 2+ years' direct experience with RF systems
• Test Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise operating benchtop and portable RF test equipment
• Field & Lab Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in both laboratory environments and outdoor field conditions
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of RF fundamentals (Gain, VSWR, Noise Figure, P1dB, IP3)
• Tools & Processes: Experience with prototyping tools, soldering, and basic mechanical fabrication
• Soft Skills: Able to build and maintain customer relationships and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels
