Packaging Engineer I responsible for designing, testing, documenting, and implementing packaging for Resideo products. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in packaging engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Fluent English proficiency and strong collaboration skills with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in ARTIOS CAD and ERP systems for design, documentation, and workflow management
• Proven ability to lead multiple packaging projects end-to-end (design, supplier coordination, prototyping, validation, ISTA testing)
• Solid knowledge of packaging manufacturability, cost feasibility, sustainability metrics, and continuous improvement in materials and processes
