Senior Director of Investor Relations

ADI is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead and execute a best-in-class investor relations program as ADI builds scale as a newly-independent public company. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive Investor Relations experience, a well-established network across the investment community, and extensive experience managing contracts, disclosures, and external engagement frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, equity research, investment banking, or a related capital markets role
• Demonstrated success engaging with institutional investors and sell-side analysts across multiple market cycles
• Established relationships across institutional investors, research analysts, and capital markets intermediaries
• Extensive experience managing IR-related contracts, external vendors, and advisory relationships
• Strong understanding of public company disclosure requirements, SEC filings, and governance best practices
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
• Proven ability to operate with discretion, judgment, and credibility at the executive and Board level
