The role involves compiling and maintaining training courses, identifying new areas for training development, and providing technical guidance to sales and internal technical teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering technical training sessions or a background in teaching
• Hands-on experience with and knowledge of heating controls or HVAC products
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and collaboratively
• A willingness to travel regularly across the UK
